Job description Job Title: Tech Lead Genesys Routing Experience: 812 Years Location: Bhubaneswar, Pune, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Genesys Routing to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will drive technical decisions, ensure high-quality delivery, and mentor team members while working on enterprise-scale customer engagement platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Genesys Routing solutions
- Configure and manage call flows, routing strategies, and IVR systems
- Work on Genesys frameworks (Routing, Composer, Orchestration, etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing and telephony issues
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and high availability
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Required Skills
- Strong experience in Genesys Routing / Contact Center technologies
- Hands-on experience with Genesys platforms (Genesys Engage / Genesys Cloud preferred)
- Good understanding of call routing, IVR, and contact center workflows
- Experience in integration with APIs and backend systems
- Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools in contact centers
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Preferred Candidate Profile
