Job Requirement IT Recruiter We are looking for candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment (consultancy Background preferred) Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in sourcing profiles for:
- SAP modules
- Oracle Cloud
- Java and other IT skills
- Full stack
- .NET
- DevOps etc...,
- Experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) OR Permanent hiring is mandatory (at least 1 year)
- Good experience in:
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening profiles
- Job posting
- Mass mailing Other Requirements:
- Positive communication skills
- Must have a personal laptop
- Strong ability to handle and close positions for both:
- C2H roles
