Description
Role: Business Development / Expansion Role OYO (Field Profile) What is this role about? This role is about *expanding OYO’s hotel network in new and upcoming markets You will identify hotels, meet property owners, explain OYO’s vision, and help them partner with OYO. From the first discussion to the hotel going live, you will manage the full journey. This is a field-based role and requires regular travel. What will you do in this role?
* Find hotels and properties that can partner with OYO
* Generate leads through market visits, brokers, and referrals
* Visit properties and meet hotel owners face to face
* Explain how partnering with OYO can grow their business
* Negotiate commercials and close property signings
* Build a joint business plan with property owners for long-term profitability
* Coordinate with internal teams to launch the property on OYO
* Review agreements and service levels with property owners
* Resolve issues between property owners and internal OYO teams How is your performance measured?
* Number of sellable rooms signed every month
* Number of rooms made live and available for booking
* Gross margin generated from signed properties Education:
* Graduation mandatory
* MBA preferred *Experience & Skills:*
* 1–5 years of relevant experience
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
* Comfortable reading and understanding legal agreements
* Analytical and data-driven mindset
* Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment
* Basic working knowledge of ERP or mobile apps
* Good Excel skills and professional email writing Stakeholders you will work with: Internal:

* Legal Team External:
* Property Owners
