Learn more at Role Description This is a full-time in office position located in Bhubaneswar for a Product & HR Associate who will play a key role in coordinating programs, supporting product launches, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong communication and organizational skills, ideal for a Civil or Mechanical Engineer looking to grow in EdTech. Key Responsibilities Coordination with Cross-Departments Work with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure program success. Academic & Industry Collaborations Coordinate with IITs/IIMs and other academic partners on program delivery. Support MoU processes, program approvals, and faculty coordination. Trainer Onboarding Assist in identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with trainers/SMEs. Ensure trainers have required resources and schedules. Consultancy & Project Support Help set up and coordinate consultancy projects linked to programs. Support live projects and client engagements. Product Support & Execution Support creation of program briefs, brochures, and product documents. Monitor ongoing programs, ensure timelines are met, and track learner experience. Requirements B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). 0–1 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks efficiently.
