Social Emotional Learning Trainer (Saket)

What You’ll Do Own the learner journey in your sessions: Support professionals in navigating emotionally complex workplace situations with greater clarity, self-awareness, and intent. Create high-impact learning experiences: Facilitate thoughtful, structured, and relevant one-on-one and group interactions that help learners reflect and grow. Guide learners through complexity: Help individuals identify patterns such as overthinking, hesitation, self-doubt, or reactivity, and support them in building more constructive responses. Drive practical behaviour change: Equip learners with actionable tools and frameworks they can apply in real workplace situations. Use feedback to improve outcomes: Track learner progress, adapt your approach, and use insights to strengthen engagement and effectiveness. Collaborate to elevate the experience: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the learning experience remains relevant, consistent, and impactful. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to hold reflective, high-trust conversations. Ability to connect emotional insight with workplace behaviour and leadership effectiveness. High cognitive agility and adaptability in navigating nuanced learner situations. - 2-7 years in training and development, coaching, teaching preferred. A strong sense of ownership and interest in behavioural development, coaching, and professional growth.
