Packaging & Logistic Executive (Saket)

Job Description – Packaging & Logistics Executive Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Executive who will be responsible for handling product packaging, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of logistics operations, Google Sheets, and Shopify to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce order management. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily packaging of online orders ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality.
- Manage order processing through Shopify dashboard and update order status.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickup, tracking, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatched orders, and returns using Google Sheets.
- Monitor packaging material stock and raise requirements on time.
- Ensure products are packaged as per brand standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and manage reverse logistics (returns/exchanges).
- Support warehouse/inventory team in stock audits and reconciliations.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatches, pending orders, and logistics performance.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve efficiency in order fulfilment. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in packaging, logistics, or e-commerce order fulfilment.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (order management, processing).
- Strong skills in Google Sheets / MS Excel (reports, tracking, inventory updates).
- Good knowledge of courier/logistics operations and tracking systems.
- Physically active and able to manage warehouse/packaging tasks.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines. Key Competencies
