Responsibilities & Duties Managing schedules, arranging appointments, directing phone calls Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required Managing databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems Prepare agendas & Organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences Assisting with project management and other special initiatives as required.

Personal Secretary Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational and time-management abilities High level of attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
