Senior Associate – Global Partner Management (Salem)

PMO Global Institute Inc. is a global professional organization specializing in PMO, Project Management, Consulting, Agile PMO, AI Powered PMO, and professional accreditation programs. PMOGI works with training providers, consulting firms, universities, and business partners across multiple countries to promote globally recognized certifications, frameworks, and professional standards.

The Senior Associate – Global Partnership & Business Development will be responsible for supporting PMOGI’s international business expansion, partner acquisition, and strategic collaboration initiatives. The role involves identifying and engaging potential Authorized Business Partners (ABPs), training providers, consulting firms, and institutional partners globally.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, international business development capability, relationship management expertise, and the ability to work in a target driven global environment.

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential international business partners, training providers, consulting firms, and institutional collaborators.
- Generate qualified global leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, webinars, and qualified communities.
- Conduct introductory meetings, presentations, and follow up discussions with prospective partners.
- Promote PMOGI’s accreditation programs, partnership opportunities, certifications, and global initiatives.
- Maintain and manage a healthy partnership and sales pipeline.
- Support the end to end onboarding process of Authorized Business Partners and strategic collaborators.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding partner onboarding, agreements, documentation, and operational support.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, partnership presentations, and commercial discussions.
