We are currently looking for a creative and execution-focused designer who is passionate about modern design workflows and Generative AI-powered creativity. Position Overview We are looking for an AI Creative Graphic Designer with strong graphic design fundamentals and hands-on experience using AI creative tools to improve speed, creativity, and content production workflows. This role is primarily focused on graphic design and AI-assisted creative execution. However, since we operate in a startup environment, the role also includes supporting day-to-day social media and marketing coordination activities for assigned clients. You will work directly from our Chennai client's office while collaborating remotely with our internal creative and digital marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality marketing creatives, branding materials, advertisements, promotional designs, and social media content
- Use Generative AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative workflows
- Design visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Handle day-to-day creative requirements for assigned clients
- Upload and manage social media posts for client accounts
- Share marketing creatives and promotional materials through WhatsApp and other communication platforms when required
- Coordinate with remote creative and marketing teams for execution and approvals
- Capture basic mobile photos/videos of products or activities when needed and convert them into marketing creatives
- (Professional photography skills are not required)
- Edit, refine, and optimize creatives for digital platforms
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned work while maintaining design quality and consistency Required Skills Mandatory Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Robust understanding of:
- Graphic design principles
- Typography
- Branding
- Visual storytelling
- Social media creatives
- AI Creative Tools Experience Experience with one or more of the following:
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT-assisted creative workflows
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Google Flow
- Other AI-based creative/design platforms
- Communication Requirements
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Candidate should additionally know either:
- Tamil, or Hindi Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, agency work, social media creative production, or AI-assisted design workflows
- Degree is not mandatory for highly skilled candidates with a strong portfolio
- Candidates located near Chennai or willing to relocate will be preferred Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience creating ad creatives and performance marketing content
