Head – Project Execution Location: Coimbatore About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead end-to-end project execution across large-scale residential developments as Project Head. The role involves driving execution excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The incumbent will play a key leadership role in shaping execution frameworks, managing stakeholders, and building scalable processes across projects.

Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects across locations Drive project timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost efficiency Develop and monitor detailed schedules across design, procurement, and construction phases Leadership & Governance
- Lead and mentor large cross-functional project teams Partner with senior leadership on key project decisions and execution strategies Cost & Financial Management
- Oversee project budgets, cashflows, and cost optimization initiatives Monitor project health through cost vs. budget tracking and ensure effective resource utilization In office Execution
- Oversee in office execution including civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE norms across projects Drive timely project execution Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and execution support Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless delivery Candidate Profile
- B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering 15+ years of experience in real estate / construction project execution Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential / commercial projects Robust expertise in project management, cost control, and stakeholder management Experience in high-end residential, villas, or specialized real estate segments is preferred Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n3egm
