About the Role
We are looking for a BizOps Manager to serve as the lead designer and technical strategist of our internal operational "engine." This is a high-impact role for a person with prior Salesforce & Servicecloud expertise who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.
You won’t just be documenting workflows; you will be responsible for the architectural integrity of how Multiplier scales. You will deconstruct complex domains—Payment Operations, Perks, Mobility, and AR/AP—and translate them into a high-performing Salesforce workplace. You are the "bridge" who can talk API integrations with developers and ROI with the C-Suite.
What You’ll Do
Architectural Strategy & Design
End-to-End Solutioning: Design the "Future State" architecture for global operations, ensuring that Salesforce (specifically Service Cloud) is configured to handle complex, multi-entity workflows.
The Technical Bridge: Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications, including custom objects, complex Flow logic, and integration points with Fintech stacks.
Operational Engineering
Workflow Automation: Take full ownership of building and maintaining sophisticated Salesforce Flows and automation tools that reduce manual touchpoints across our customer lifecycle.
SLA & Metric Infrastructure: Build the tracking architecture to monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring the system enforces accountability automatically.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
