About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Marketing Executives who can convert warm leads into customers for our residential and commercial solar projects. No need to generate leads — we provide qualified leads, and your job is to meet, explain, and close.
Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned leads (homes, businesses, industries) and explain solar product offerings. Assess the customer’s requirements and provide accurate system suggestions (training provided). Convert leads into confirmed site visits, orders, or meetings with senior sales teams. Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the conversion pipeline. Maintain lead reports, feedback, and daily visit logs. Coordinate with the technical and sales team for post-conversion support. Receive fixed allowances or incentives for each successful conversion.
Requirements: Experience in field sales or client-facing roles (solar experience preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings. Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred. Solid follow-up and reporting discipline.
