Hiring: Performance Creative Strategist who Can Produce as well using AI Models -Meta Ads. (Remote)

We're a stealth-mode startup in the men's styling and grooming space. Hiring our first creative strategist.

This person will own creative ad strategy and production using Ai tools, end-to-end — and be directly responsible for sales.

What you need to bring:

This role sits directly with the founder and owns the entire creative engine:

→ Ad angles

→ Hooks

→ Creative strategy

→ Scripts

→ Production planning + Creating Final Cut using Ai models.

→ Performance analysis

Your work will directly impact revenue.

What we need:

→ You’ve actually scaled Meta ads profitably

(Not watched YouTube videos about scaling — real accounts, real budgets, real results)

→ You deeply understand performance video creative

You can diagnose why an ad works or fails within seconds

→ You understand consumer psychology

Hooks, emotions, status, desire, insecurities, positioning, attention

→ You know how Meta actually behaves in 2026

Creative fatigue, clustering, thumb-stop rate, retention, audience drift, iteration strategy, etc.

→ You can think like an operator, not an employee

Bonus points if you’ve worked in:

Men’s grooming, fashion, luxury, premium D2C, coaching, or transformation offers.

Key:

We are not looking for someone whose main skill is “using AI tools or only strategy"

Strategy first.

Taste second.

Execution third.

AI is just leverage.

Compensation:

→ ₹10–12L fixed depending on ability

→ Significant performance upside if you deliver

→ Direct access to founder-level decisions

→ Full ownership over creative direction and testing
