Job Title: Electrical Draughtsman Job Location: TATA STEEL Kalinga Nagar Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month Education: ITI, Diploma B. Tech Experience: Minimum 5 years We’re seeking a skilled CAD draughtsman to join our team at Fiama Techno. As a CAD draughtsman, you will prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for various projects. You will work closely with engineers to ensure that all specifications and designs adhere to industry standards. Your tasks
- Create accurate engineering drawings using Auto CAD software.
- Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, and assembly diagrams for construction.
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes or modifications requested by the Client.
- Ensure all designs are documented and meet the required standards and codes.
- Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
- Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to project designs and materials.
- Prepare bills of materials and cost estimates based on drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers and team to ensure timely completion of drafts. Required skills and qualifications
- ITI, Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering and Good Drafting Knowledge in Plant Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of engineering design and drawing, construction, and drafting principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Preferred skills and qualifications
- Drafting experience in the steel industry.
- Experience in Steel Plant Project management.
