- In this role, you will monitor and control processes using APCS/DCS system and meet the onsite customer liquid requirements for the merchant market
- Further, you will operate plant as and when required and ensure lowest cost of production including changing mode of plant per need of liquid or gases and ensuring no upsets
- Additionally, you will conduct troubleshooting in cases of process related problem/process disturbances and take necessary action whenever required and will ensure timely reporting of daily DPR, monthly plant MIS, and other consolidated plant reports to Plant Manager & HO
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for helping in sustaining QMS certification (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 1800) in carrying out the required action as per standard applicable area and ensuring statutory compliances with respect to Drug license, Pollution Control Board, wireless license, Factory license, etc. as applicable
- Moreover, you are in-charge for leading a team of process engineer, coordinating with maintenance team to ensure no unscheduled breakdowns through condition monitoring and calculating efficiency of the machines and plant performance
- Likewise, you will be responsible for producing medical oxygen as per FDA standards and support the effective water treatment program by maintaining the desired water quality
- Timely completion of the agreed project within the planned cost by raising CAPEX and coordinating with the company officials/vendors is a part of your responsibility Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You have a degree in chemical or mechanical engineering with minimum six to eight (6-8) years’ experience in air separation unit
