Job Description – Automation Engineer Position: Automation Engineer Experience: 3–7 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with System Houses of Siemens, ABB, Allen Bradley, and Rockwell Automation.
- Experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and industrial control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve automation-related faults and ensure minimum downtime.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for automation systems.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Support system upgrades, modifications, and automation improvement projects.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record maintenance of automation activities.
- Follow safety standards and ensure compliance during all maintenance and project activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Siemens, ABB, Allen Bradley, and Rockwell Automation platforms.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols and control systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle breakdown situations efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in steel, manufacturing, process plant, or heavy industry will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
