Job Title: Shift In charge– Rolling Mill Department: CRM Z Mill/ HAPL / HBA (Operations) Reporting To: AGM Employment Type: Full Time About The Role Key duties include planning and organizing shift activities, monitoring production parameters, ensuring adherence to quality standards, troubleshootingoperational and equipment issues, maintaining detailed shift records, and promoting a safe work environment. The role typically requires strong knowledge of cold rolling mill operations, process automation, along with leadership and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities Manage&control the complete production process Maintaining quality specification Knowledge about equipment&operations Coordinating with maintenance&other departments Enforcing safety protocols and promote safe working practices among the team Ensuring team is motivated&meets production goals Maintain proper shift records, reports Key Requirements Equipment Capacity and Specifications of Various Equipment and Material to be processed Basic SAP knowledge Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in rolling mills, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or shift in-charge roleSkills: Safety procedure, Rolling Mill Concept, Quality Control, communication, problem solving, computer proficiency.
