Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat for Business Development Associates (BDA) and Business Development Managers (BDM). The role includes identifying and nurturing potential leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will deliver product presentations, handle client interactions, and strategize to meet organizational goals. Collaboration with internal teams for business growth is an essential part of this role. Qualifications
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relationship building, client interaction, and account management
- Ability to work towards sales targets, prospect new opportunities, and analyze market trends
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations and marketing materials
- Self-motivated with effective time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
