Site Engineer (Bihar)

Role & responsibilities :-
- We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Engineer with strong knowledge of civil construction, including irrigation and structural works. The candidate will be responsible for in office execution, supervision, team coordination, and contractor billing support, ensuring projects are completed as per specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities for civil construction projects.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Handle irrigation works including canals, weirs, dams, pipelines, and drainage systems .
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce.
- Take measurements, prepare quantity take-offs, and assist in contractor billing.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and documentation .
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Manage and guide site teams including supervisors and labor.
- Experience in the construction of hydraulic structures and expertise in weirs and canal systems. Preferred candidate profile :-
- Experience in irrigation,weir ,canal and structural works.
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering .
- Good knowledge of civil construction, execution, and site management.
- Exposure to canal, weir, or dam projects will be highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of contractor billing, BOQ, and quantity surveying.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong team handling and coordination skills .
