Business Development Executive (BDE) We are looking for a agile and field-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our presence and drive sales in the power solutions segment Locations : Patna | Motihari | Bettiah Company : Sharda Diesels Private Limited CTC : Up to 3,00,000 per annum Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets for diesel generators and related products
- Generate enquiries through market visits, customer meetings, and local references
- Identify recent customers, projects, and business opportunities
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
- Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales activities Eligibility :
- Graduate (Science background preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Marketing (DG sets/power solutions/industrial products preferred) Key Skills :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Basic technical understanding of diesel generators
