Accountant & Computer Operator (Jewelry Retail) (Mohiuddinagar)

We are looking for an honest, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the daily financial operations, billing, and live inventory tracking of our retail jewelry showroom. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling retail billing and a solid understanding of stock weight calculations down to the milligram. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Billing & GST: Generating accurate tax invoices for retail sales, old gold purchases, and handling GST input/output logs.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Keeping an exact, real-time record of all gold, silver, and gemstone stock weights in the software. Daily cross-checking of physical showroom stock with computer records.
- Cash & Bank Reconciliation: Keeping track of daily cash-in-hand, verifying bank statements (UPI, Card, and Net banking transactions), and maintaining the daily cash book.
- CA Coordination: Sorting and organizing all monthly sale/purchase data, bank summaries, and expense vouchers to hand over to the external Chartered Accountant for timely filing. Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred) or transparent certification in financial accounting.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience in Tally Prime or Marg ERP (Jewellry Edition) and other ERP. Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of accounting experience. Experience in a jewelry shop, gold loan company, or large wholesale business will be highly valued.
- Core Skills: High integrity, strong mental math skills for calculating interest/carat purity, and a neat presentation style. Pay: ₹11,000.00
