Vice-Principal – CBSE SchoolJob Profile (Key Responsibilities)- Assist the Principal in the overall academic and administrative management of the school- Ensure smooth implementation of Central Board of Secondary Education curriculum, policies, and school procedures- Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, assessments, and student performance- Supervise teachers, coordinators, and support staff for effective school functioning- Maintain discipline, student welfare, safety, and positive school culture- Coordinate examinations, timetables, academic calendars, and school events- Drive teacher training, mentoring, and performance evaluation programs- Handle parent communication, grievance resolution, and stakeholder engagement- Support admissions, inspections, audits, and statutory compliance requirements- Promote use of technology, creative teaching practices, and continuous improvement initiatives- Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and operational management of the campus- Curriculum Implementation, Academic Administration and Leadership ManagementPre-Requisites / Eligibility- Master’s Degree in relevant subject with B. Ed./M. Ed. from recognized institution- Minimum 8–12 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Central Board of Secondary Education affiliated school- Prior experience as Academic Coordinator, Headmistress/Headmaster, or administrative leadership role preferred- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum framework, board regulations, and NEP guidelines- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills- Ability to handle academics, administration, discipline, and parent relations effectively- Proficiency in school ERP systems, MS Office, digital learning platforms, and data management- Solid planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities- Fluency in English communication and presentation skills- Passion for student development, teacher mentoring, and institutional growth Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lzihg
