Quantity Surveyor (Bihar)

Quantity Surveyor Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Location: Bodhgaya Site Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and quantity estimations from drawings and BOQs.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills as per executed quantities.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ comparisons, cost reports, and quantity reconciliation statements.
- Monitor material consumption and prepare wastage analysis reports.
- Coordinate with project execution team for work measurements and billing activities.
- Prepare client billing and subcontractor billing documentation.
- Review variation orders and additional quantity claims.
- Maintain records of measurements, work progress, and billing status.
- Assist project team in cost control and budget monitoring.
- Ensure proper documentation related to quantity surveying and billing activities. Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation and billing procedures.
- Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and building construction quantities.
- Positive analytical and documentation skills. Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Building Construction Projects is mandatory.
