About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team The ideal candidate should have a nurturing attitude excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the learning needs of young children Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity Use interactive and play-based learning methods to enhance students cognitive and social skills Ensure the holistic development of children through activities focused on language numeracy motor skills and emotional well-being Maintain discipline and promote good behavior among students Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and communicate with parents regarding their child s development Ensure a protected and hygienic classroom environment Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience Requirements Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education Montessori Training Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training NTT or equivalent Prior experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or in a similar role is preferred Strong understanding of child psychology and development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative patient and passionate about working with children Ability to engage and manage a classroom effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 9 639 31
