Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute civil construction work including structural and finishing phases ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines Interpret construction drawings and layout plans accurately and ensure work is carried out as per specifications Plan daily weekly and monthly site activities in coordination with the project schedule Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports DPRs including material consumption labor deployment and work completed Coordinate effectively with contractors consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects Monitor and control project costs ensuring minimal wastage of materials and resources Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control protocols Identify potential issues or delays and proactively communicate them to project stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project plans and specifications Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00
