Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a agile and field-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our presence and drive sales in the power solutions segment

Locations : Patna | Motihari | Bettiah

Company : Sharda Diesels Private Limited

CTC : Up to 3,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve sales targets for diesel generators and related products

Generate enquiries through market visits, customer meetings, and local references

Identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities

Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders

Build and maintain robust customer relationships

Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders

Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales activities

Eligibility :

Graduate (Science background preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Marketing (DG sets/power solutions/industrial products preferred)

Key Skills :

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Basic technical understanding of diesel generators

Willingness to travel extensively
