Quality Control Engineer (Bihar)

QC Engineer Experience: 5 to 8 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Location: Bodhgaya Site Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures at site.
- Conduct inspection of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable IS standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors, and internal site teams regarding quality-related activities.
- Monitor concrete pouring activities, cube testing, material testing, and field quality checks.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection requests, checklists, test reports, calibration records, and NCR reports.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Verify quality of incoming materials and ensure approved material usage at site.
- Assist in internal audits and consultant inspections.
- Ensure proper closure of quality observations raised by consultants/clients. Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures in building projects.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, concrete testing, finishing quality standards, and documentation.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Building Construction Projects is mandatory.
