QC Engineer

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Location: Bodhgaya Site

Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures at site.

Conduct inspection of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.

Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable IS standards.

Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors, and internal site teams regarding quality-related activities.

Monitor concrete pouring activities, cube testing, material testing, and field quality checks.

Maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection requests, checklists, test reports, calibration records, and NCR reports.

Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.

Verify quality of incoming materials and ensure approved material usage at site.

Assist in internal audits and consultant inspections.

Ensure proper closure of quality observations raised by consultants/clients.

Required Skills: Solid knowledge of QA/QC procedures in building projects.

Knowledge of IS Codes, concrete testing, finishing quality standards, and documentation.

Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Building Construction Projects is mandatory.
