Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Location: Bodhgaya Site

Key Responsibilities: Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource planning using Primavera/MS Project.

Monitor project progress and track planned vs actual performance.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards.

Coordinate with site execution teams to collect progress data and update schedules.

Identify project delays, risks, and critical activities and suggest corrective actions.

Prepare recovery plans and catch-up schedules when required.

Monitor manpower, material, and equipment planning.

Participate in project review meetings with management and consultants.

Prepare look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking reports.

Maintain project planning and progress documentation.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project.

Robust knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring.

Positive analytical and reporting skills.

Experience in building construction project planning.

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Building Construction Projects is mandatory.
