Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Location: Bodhgaya Site

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise overall site execution activities for building construction projects.

Plan daily work schedules and monitor project progress against timelines.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Monitor manpower deployment, machinery utilization, and material consumption.

Review site progress and resolve technical/site execution issues.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Verify billing measurements and subcontractor work quantities.

Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Coordinate procurement requirements and site logistics.

Maintain proper documentation related to project execution.

Required Skills: Robust leadership and project coordination abilities.

Positive knowledge of RCC, finishing, structural, and site execution activities.

Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.

Knowledge of project planning and reporting tools preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Building Construction Projects is mandatory.
