Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Location: Bodhgaya Site

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and workers for smooth site execution.

Monitor RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities.

Maintain site progress records and daily work reports.

Verify quantities and measurements of executed work.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.

Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams for compliance.

Report site issues and delays to senior management.

Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance at work areas.

Required Skills: Valuable understanding of building construction activities.

Ability to interpret drawings and execute work independently.

Robust coordination and supervision skills.

Basic knowledge of billing and quantity estimation preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Building Construction Projects is mandatory.
