Construction Site Manager (Madhubani)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Manager to handle day-to-day site operations for an ongoing construction project. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, monitoring work progress, solving daily operational issues, and submitting regular site reports. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction site operations and workforce.
- Supervise ongoing construction activities and ensure work is completed on time.
- Prepare and share daily progress reports with management.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site problems and operational issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
- Monitor safety practices and maintain discipline at the site.
- Maintain records of daily work progress, attendance, and material usage.
- Ensure quality standards are followed during construction work. Requirements
- Experience in construction site management or supervision.
- Basic knowledge of civil/construction work.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site-related challenges independently.
- Candidate should be sincere, responsible, and punctual. Preferred Candidate
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Civil or related field preferred.
- Experience in industrial or commercial construction projects will be an advantage. Working Details
