Senior Architect (Bihar)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept through to execution: conceptualization, schematic design, design development, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Oversee preparation of plans, elevations, sections, 3 D renderings, visuals, and presentation materials.
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, codes, safety, statutory approvals, environmental norms.
- Manage and lead site visits for design oversight, execution monitoring, quality control, resolving site challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior architects/drafters; review their work and provide feedback.
- Participate in client meetings, present designs, respond to design modifications / revisions based on feedback.
- Oversee project timelines, ensure deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure documentation, as‐built drawings and handover deliverables. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch); Master’s (M. Arch) is preferred.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in architecture, or depending on scale and complexity, maybe more. Should have handled full lifecycle of projects.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit; strong skills in 3 D tools/rendering software (Sketch Up, Lumion, V Ray, etc.)
- Detail orientation, ability to produce/review working/construction drawings.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) for dealing with clients, consultants, contractors.
- Leadership: ability to lead small teams, guide juniors.
- Problem solving, resolving site issues, adaptability. Desired Attributes
