Job Description


- Responsibilities: Customer visits, lead capture, site surveys, design, and project management.
- Requirements: Engineer, fluent Odia, 0–2 years experience, own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.


- Compensation: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month base, plus incentives; top performers can earn up to ₹15,000/month
- 18,000/- month.


- Skills: Basic knowledge of the electrical system is required.


- Complete training on solar systems design and project management would be provided by the company.
- Probation: 2 Months.


- Contract Period: 2 Years Requirements 1. Preferred to have their two-wheeler and a driving license.

2. Smartphone and Laptop (Optional)

3. Valuable in communications (Odia, Hindi, and English (Optional))

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Management (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Solar / Renewable sector preferred, freshers with strong drive may also apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
