Responsibilities Store Management Receipt storage and issue of material steel cement diesel flyash equipment spares consumables admin items safety items etc as per the SOP Arrange for material collection from local market procurement of petrol Use appropriate storage methods for various categories of material Issue FIM Issue Diesel to contractors Maintain equipment wise diesel consumption data Review PR and check availability of stock and approve PR Ensure all incoming materials timely unloading Monitor diesel receipt through tanker and unloading of diesel Collect the diesel requirement on daily basis from all contractors and place the indent for diesel procurement Clear close open GR IR issue Use efficient handling methods to prevent the damage to the materials Inventory Management Approve RGP NRGP material gate pass Define ROL ROQ for quick moving items in consultation with user and commercial dept to maintain optimum inventory levels while ensuring availability of material for un-interrupted operation Monitor shelf-life of non-moving items and dispose in time Monitoring of Physical Verification as per SOP Bill Processing Check maintain all physical documents like store register MRS etc Park invoice in system to enable Contract Admin ABEX for doing MIRO and subsequent release of payment Prepare SES for fuel transportation bills Scrap Disposal Identify scrap material in co-ordination with user dept segregate scrap material between usable and non-usable scrap Dispose as per the terms of Sale Order prepared by Commercial New code opening HSN Mapping Partner details updation Conduct stores Daily Review Meeting with team members and address resolve Pending issues Attend to internal external audit queries provide the data and take corrective actions for the observations received Update the same in MAAS portal Manage all stores processes and data as per the IMS standards update data attend the audits and address the observations Monitor GRN Quality DCC MRS Posting in SAP Prepare monthly MIS on Inventory Ageing NMI and Project Inventory and circulate to relevant stakeholders Qualifications Graduation 3-10 years Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mcsbw
