- Expertise in handling various plastic injections & blow molding machines & utilities, Plant Electrical Maintenance. Maintenance of electrical, PLC controlled machines, Variable frequency drive, Skill in electrical drawing Interpretation, Knowledge electrical, Molding M/c and team handling.
- Ensure preventative maintenance, equipment repair, current installations, and other engineering work are completed in a timely manner, and with minimum disruption to production.
- Responsible for Breakdown Analysis and initiation of Corrective Measures.
- Inspect all equipment for proper functioning on a regular basis. Responsible for working with tools, ladders, and maintenance supplies as directed.
- Managing the functions of preventive/breakdown maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic machines, utilities to reduce downtime to minimum and Electrical maintenance.
- Implement & Monitor 5S, Kaizen, and Zero Accident Compliance on Shop floor. Troubleshooting of Injection mold & machine Preferable Injection & Blow moulding plastic Automotive or Pail industry experience. Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mr2sc
