Responsibilities: Customer visits, lead capture, site surveys, design, and project management. Requirements: Engineer, fluent Odia, 0–2 years experience, own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. Compensation: 10,000–12,000/month base, plus incentives; top performers can earn up to 15,000/month - 18,000/- month.Skills: Basic knowledge of the electrical system is required. Complete training on solar systems design and project management would be provided by the company. Probation: 2 Months. Contract Period: 2 Years Requirements 1.
