They specialize in high-performance engineering steels and equipment used in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sectors.As a selected candidate, you will be working as a Operations Support Intern from our Pune office, providing support to the client as part of the Ledgerace Consulting LLP team. Ledgerace is a global accounting and consulting outsourcing firm, serving clients across various industries worldwide.Job Description• Provide administrative and operational support to sales team, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth execution of sales activities• Data entry and CRM management, maintaining customer records, leads, and sales pipeline• Document preparation (quotations, offers, invoices, sales orders, and contracts)• Order processing, coordination of dispatch, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with customer commitments• Coordinate sales activities and order execution in cooperation with Team Head• Communicate accurate and timely order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders• Support customer communication, handle inquiries, and assist in resolving order-related issues• Track and follow up on orders, leads, and customer requirements to support sales closure• Maintain accurate data in reporting platforms and ensure reliability of sales-related information• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and updates for management• Update internal and external pages with sales-related information and product/service updatesYou are meant for this job if:• Having or pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or an equivalent field• Solid organizational, multitasking and intercultural skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lh62o
