Job Summary

The Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help customers protect their most valuable asset: data. In this role, you will design, build, and ship industry‑defining products that help security teams understand their data footprint and defend against cyber attacks and compliance breaches. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our data security offerings and impacting our customers’ entire security program.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from customer feedback collection and feature prioritization to writing product requirements and delivering the roadmap in close collaboration with engineering.

- Lead and grow core pillars within Cortex DSPM by introducing innovative and disruptive solutions, ensuring successful product launches and market adoption.

- Proactively collaborate and exchange information with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure product alignment and shared success.

- Develop a deep understanding of SaaS and data security practitioners’ needs, use cases, and pain points to inform product strategy and challenge the status quo.

- Partner with customer‑facing teams to support existing customers, identify common user problems, and successfully bring new solutions to market.

- Own the product roadmap and effectively communicate priorities, trade‑offs, and performance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications

- BS/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree, or equivalent military experience.

- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years working on SaaS products.

- 3+ years of experience in the SaaS security or cloud technology vendor space.

- Proven technical background, such as experience in a development or research role.

Preferred Qualifications

- A strong, inherent passion for cybersecurity and a drive to design new, innovative, and disruptive solutions.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences.

- A solid sense of ownership over the full product lifecycle and a collaborative, team‑player mindset.

- Experience working effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
