Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Intern to join our dynamic team. This paid internship offers an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in operational functions within the quick-growing IoT industry. As an Operations Support Intern, you will assist in daily operational activities, contribute to ongoing projects, and support process improvement initiatives.

You’ll work closely with various departments, gaining valuable exposure to best practices in operations, project coordination, and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks. Support project management efforts and monitor project progress. Identify areas for process optimization and suggest actionable improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow. Maintain documentation and prepare reports as required. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Qualifications 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome to apply). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of project coordination and process improvement practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar). Interest or foundational knowledge in IoT, Automation, and Analytics is a plus.

Preferred Skills Customer and Technical Support skills. Troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. Team player with a proactive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
