Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, offering exceptional support, and promoting products or services over the phone. The role entails converting leads into sales by building relationships with prospective customers, identifying their needs, and providing relevant solutions. The role also includes maintaining records of customer calls and transactions. Additionally, you may provide training to clients about the products or services offered.

Qualifications

- 0-1 years experience is preferred
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and understand client needs
- Proficiency in Customer Support and handling inquiries effectively
- Proven ability in Sales and converting leads into successful transactions
- Capability to deliver Training to clients on product use or services
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Pimpri Chinchwad
- Previous telesales or customer support experience is a plus
- Proficiency in local language(s) is an advantage
