Job DescriptionVideo Lead – Urban Gabru (JD)We’re looking for a creative and trend-driven Video Lead to own end-to-end video content for our beauty and personal care brand. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in reels, ad creatives, product videos, and social-first storytelling with a deep understanding of beauty, grooming, and digital trends.Responsibilities:• Lead video content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, ads, and campaigns• Create engaging reels, product videos, and brand content• Handle shoot planning, direction, editing, and post-production• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and influencer teams• Ensure high-quality, trend-relevant, and performance-driven content• Manage freelancers, production vendors, and shoot timelines Requirements• 5+ years of experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools• Strong understanding of social media trends and content performance• Experience in short-form video production and creative storytelling• Portfolio showcasing reels, campaigns, and brand videos Preferred• Beauty/grooming industry experience• Experience with influencer and performance marketing content• Fast-paced startup or agency backgroundLocation: PuneExperience: 5–8 YearsIndustry: Beauty & Personal Care / D2C Brand Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m2l7m
