- analytically rigorous Intern for Community Solution Design & Governance Reporting. In this role, you will work in a high-intensity "consulting-mode" setting, translating complex village-level realities, economic data, governance schemes into structured, C-suite, executive-ready strategic deliverables. You will help build frameworks to empower local leadership, optimize public service delivery, design community-centric solutions. You shall be data centric, insight oriented, soft dialogued, influence with authority, Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Framework Development
- Grassroots Architecture: Assist in designing scalable, community-led models targeting rural livelihood advancement, women-centric empowerment frameworks (Self-Help Groups), agricultural ecosystem development.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Build structured operational workflows mapping key administrative nodes (BDOs, Tehsildars, Nodal Officers) alongside grassroots catalysts into cohesive execution frameworks.
- Behavioral & Cognitive Mapping: Support the research and design of micro-demographic and behavioral frameworks to analyze community sentiment, needs, and adoption patterns for governance initiatives. 1. Governance Reporting & Analytics
- Data-Driven Diagnostics: Synthesize regional data—irural internet penetration, irrigation metrics (e.g., lift irrigation schemes), agricultural output (cooperative sectors), local enterprise registries—into economic baselines.
- Executive Documentation: Draft high-impact PwC-style strategy reports, executive summaries, slide decks utilizing rigorous consulting language, structured logic, and Action Titles.
- Scheme Tracking: Monitor ,evaluate the implementation architecture of state and central governance schemes (e.g., regional administrative campaigns, public service camps), translating output numbers into impact narratives. 1. Program Management Support
- Command Center Operations: Assist in maintaining project dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing regional initiatives, and highlighting implementation bottlenecks.
- Field Synthesis: Coordinate with field teams to gather qualitative ground-level insights and rapidly convert them into structured, quantitative briefing notes for senior leadership. Core Competencies & Qualifications
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, or a highly analytical social science discipline.
- Structured Thinking: Ability to apply MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) frameworks to complex, ambiguous socio-economic problems.
- Consulting-Grade Communication: Professional English, Marathi, Hindi with the ability to write crisp, objective, data-backed prose and build logically tight presentations.Marathi (written and spoken) is highly desirable given geographic focus.
- Analytical Rigor: Data synthesis (Excel/Google Sheets), presentation design (PowerPoint/Google Slides). Experience with GIS mapping or data visualization tools is a strong plus.
- Ownership & Adaptability: A self-starter mindset comfortable with iterative feedback loops,fast-paced timelines.
- Passion for Impact : D eep-seated interest in rural development, digital public goods, mechanics of public administration in culmination with bureaucratic symetries.
