Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Human Resources Manager, located in the Pune Division.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training programs. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The manager will act as a key advisor to leadership on people-related strategies and organizational development.

Qualifications
