Job Description:

We are looking for a agile and results-driven individual to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analyzing ad campaigns to drive leads, sales, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.

Prepare performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in handling both Google and Facebook ad platforms.

Solid analytical skills and understanding of campaign metrics.
