About Perimattic We're a 13-year-old bootstrapped AI-first product and services company building enterprise-grade SaaS (Cognivault, Manufacturing IQ, SearchOS, LeadPulse) alongside custom AI/ML and cloud engagements for clients across India, UAE, Singapore, UK, and the US. We're entering an aggressive growth phase across our SaaS portfolio and need a sharp performance marketer to own demand generation.
What You'll Own You'll be the person who turns our marketing spend into a predictable pipeline. Specifically:
- Build and run paid acquisition across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search + Performance Max), and Meta — with a strong bias toward LinkedIn for our B2B SaaS plays
- Own the full funnel: ad creative briefs, landing page conversion optimization, lead capture, and handoff into our LeadPulse CRM
- Set up and maintain attribution, UTM hygiene, and reporting dashboards (we use Make.com, GA4, and internal tooling — Windsor.ai exposure is a plus)
- Run structured experiments — audience tests, creative variants, offer tests — with clear hypotheses and weekly readouts
- Partner with our content and product teams to package case studies (Manufacturing IQ Pune POC, Cognivault deployments) into campaign-ready assets
- Build account-based marketing motions for enterprise targets (manufacturing Tier 1/2, BFSI, defense PSUs)
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years running performance marketing for B2B SaaS or tech services — not just e-commerce
- Demonstrable track record of driving qualified pipeline at CAC that works (bring numbers, not adjectives)
- Deep LinkedIn Ads expertise — Campaign Manager, Matched Audiences, Conversation Ads, Document Ads
- Robust grasp of B2B funnel mechanics: MQL → SQL → opportunity, and the conversion drop-offs in between
- Comfortable with marketing ops tooling: HubSpot or equivalent CRM, Make.com / Zapier, GA4, Looker / Data Studio
- Can write a tight ad headline and brief a designer without 14 rounds of revision
