Store Manager (Sangli)

– Store Manager Location: Belapur, Mumbai Company: Purple United Kids About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail operations at our Belapur, Mumbai store. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent customer handling abilities, and hands-on experience in retail store management. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, ensuring superior customer experience, and leading the store team effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Handle staff scheduling, team management, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure smooth billing operations and cash handling procedures.
- Prepare daily sales reports, MIS reports, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth store functioning.
- Train and motivate store staff to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and hygiene standards. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in retail store operations.
- Prior experience in apparel, kidswear, fashion retail, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of sales KPIs and retail metrics.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Preferred Candidate Profile
