Customer Success Lead (Customer Success + Customer Success is growing at Cooee. Which means we're looking for someone who can lead teams, build processes, manage customers, drive conversion thinking, handle scale and still keep their sense of humour. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, optimise & scale role. What you'll own: Lead and mentor the Customer Success function Drive customer retention, engagement, growth, and business outcomes Build operational processes that actually work in startup reality Improve team efficiency, workflows, and customer success playbooks Partner with product, leadership, data, and cross-functional teams Turn customer feedback, data, and insights into business action Guide brands on performance improvement, visitor behaviour, and conversion opportunities CRO Skill Set We're Looking For: Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels & conversion metrics You should be comfortable discussing and analysing:
- Conversion Rate (CR)
• Add to Cart / Checkout / Purchase funnel metrics
• AOV, Revenue per Visitor, Bounce Rate, Engagement metrics
• Visitor behaviour analysis & customer journeys
• Experimentation / A/B testing mindset
• Identifying growth opportunities from customer data
• Ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations You don't need to be a media buyer or a data scientist. But you should know how ecommerce performance works and how to help customers improve outcomes. We're looking for someone who: 2+ years experience in Customer Success / Account Leadership / CRO / Operations Proven experience working in a growing startup or fast-paced company Exceptional managerial + operational skills Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management Ability to build systems without creating unnecessary complexity Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics Hunger to grow at startup pace Startup Reality Check: Things move fast.
