We are passionate about delivering not just beautiful products, but also an exceptional customer experience.Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can provide excellent support to customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other support channels - Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, exchanges, returns, refunds, and products - Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, operations, and marketing for issue resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups - Provide timely and professional responses to customer complaints and feedback - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and purchase-related queries - Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand experience- Follow up on pending customer issues until closure - Support during sales campaigns, launches, and high-volume periods - Maintain proper documentation and reports related to customer support activities Preferred Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM/support tools - Strong follow-up and coordination skills - Attention to detail and organized working style - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualification - Graduate in any field- Prior experience in customer service, ecommerce, retail, or jewellery industry is preferred - Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply Why Join Palmonas? - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing jewellery brand - Young and collaborative work culture - Learning and growth opportunities- Exposure to ecommerce and customer experience operations
