With a strong legacy in turnkey solutions, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing complex utilitysystems.We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Solar&Semiconductor segment, drive revenue, and build a strong market presence in mission-critical industries. Key Responsibilities:• Lead and drive business development strategy across Solar (PV Cell Manufacturing) and Semiconductor (OSAT&Fab Chips) segments• Own and achieve revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth and pipeline conversion • Identify, develop, and close large-scale, high-value business opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, fabs, OSAT players, manufacturers, and key decision-makers• Lead the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure • Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance performance, pipeline management, and conversion ratios • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Project teams to deliver customized, high-value technical solutions• Drive preparation and presentation of techno-commercial proposals and client presentations • Develop strategic account plans and strengthen key client relationships for long-term business • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Solar&Semiconductor industries• Represent the organization in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums • Ensure strong stakeholder management and faster decision-making cycles • Promote a solution-oriented and customer-centric approach across all engagements What We’re Looking For: If you are GREAT at driving business, not just good—if you can lead from the front, close high-value deals, and build strong industry relationships—then we want you in our team.Qualifications&Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred • 8–12 years of experience in B2B technical sales (preferably in Solar / Semiconductor / EPC / Process Systems) • Strong exposure to handling large accounts and high-value project sales• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing complex deals • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong understanding of technical systems, preferably UHP, cleanroom, or utility systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and competitive environment• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Preferred Industry Background: • Solar EPC companies • Solar module / Cell manufacturers • Semiconductor / Cleanroom / UHP system companies • Industrial Gas / Chemical / Process system companies
